Every project begins long before the drawings — with a feeling, a rhythm, and a conversation. At Studio CM Design, the process is as intentional as the spaces themselves. It’s about understanding how people live, what brings them joy, and how design can make the everyday feel meaningful.

There’s no formula, but there is a flow: listen, observe, translate, refine. After feeling everything, one of the first steps is to create a moodboard — a visual map of emotions and ideas. It’s where I compile reference images to communicate the feel of the project, not the exact finishes or colors, but its atmosphere. The essence before the details.

Ideas become textures, sketches become stories, and a house slowly becomes a home.

Behind every color palette and material sample, there’s a thought about light, proportion, and emotion — because good design isn’t just what you see, it’s what you feel when you enter the room.

It’s that quiet confidence, the balance between beauty and function, the sense that everything simply belongs. That’s when I know a project is ready — when it feels effortless, and deeply personal.

Great design doesn’t start on paper. It starts with empathy — with the courage to see beyond what’s visible and create something that feels like home.
